Paula recently returned to her New Hampshire roots after two decades in Maryland, just outside Washington, D.C. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Sacred Heart University in 2002, followed by a Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) in 2005 from the same institution. Early in her career, she furthered her education by obtaining her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University in 2008.
With extensive experience in outpatient orthopedics, Paula is dedicated to providing individualized care tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals. Her approach emphasizes evidence-based practice, ensuring that every treatment plan is both effective and centered around the patient’s individual needs.
Outside of work, Paula enjoys working out, watching her kids play various sports, and together they enjoy camping, hiking, and playing pickleball.
